2026 Keys & Sword Event FAQ’s

1. When is the 2026 Keys & Sword taking place?

   Friday, June 26th from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm.
   

2. Where will the event take place?
   The event will be held at The Logan Philadelphia, 1 Logan Square, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Upon arrival, signage will direct guests to the ballroom.
   

3. What’s included with my ticket?
   Your ticket includes a cocktail reception with chef-curated light fare, live jazz, and an open bar, followed by an elegant, seated dinner, cocktails throughout the evening, and dancing. Most importantly, your participation directly supports the cathedral basilica of ss. peter and paul.
   

4. Why did the ticket price increase this year?
   Over the years, we have worked to keep the ticket price as accessible as possible. With rising venue and hospitality costs in Center City Philadelphia, we’ve adjusted this year’s pricing to sustain the high-quality experience our guests enjoy and to ensure the event continues to meaningfully benefit The Cathedral basilica of ss. peter and paul.
   

5. What is the dress code?
   Black tie optional. Cocktail attire is also welcome.
   

6. Is there parking?
   Yes. Complimentary parking is available at the Cathedral. The hotel is approximately a three-minute walk across the street.
   

7. When should i arrive?
   Check-in begins at 6:00 PM. We encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy the full cocktail hour and jazz performance.
   

8. Will tickets be sold at the door?

   tickets must be purchased in advance. If you plan to register after June 5, please contact the Keys & Sword team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
   

9. Will there be nametags?
   Physical nametags will not be distributed. Guests will check in with the Keys & Sword team to receive their seating assignment. Seating charts will be available at registration and in the cocktail area.
   

10. What are the table sizes?
    Tables seat up to 12 guests to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
    

11. Am I able to switch tables?

    Seating is arranged in advance and changes during the event are not possible. If you would like to be seated with specific guests, please contact the Keys & Sword team ahead of time.
    

12. Can I change or add guest names after submitting my registration?
    Yes. Guest names may be updated after you submit your registration. Please contact the Keys & Sword team in advance so we can accommodate your request.
    

13. Who do I contact if I have a food allergy?
    Please notify the Keys & Sword team in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
    

14. Is the venue accessible?
    Yes. The venue is fully accessible. If you require any specific accommodation, please contact us in advance.
